For months I’ve had both the pattern and the fabric, but somehow it took ages for me to actually cut it out ans sew it up. The pattern is see & sew 5871 and I used a cotton jersey knit for this dress. It is very comfy, but I wish I had sewn size 10 instead of 8, at least the skirt really would look better on me if it wasn’t as tight. If making this again I will also make sure to lengthen the torso since the waist seam now hits just above my natural waist.
This dress was so easy to sew, and besides me having to fiddle quite a bit to find a good bobbin tension for this project it went pretty fast to sew up.
