This flirty frock features a rounded neckline with three tucks. It’s basically a smock with no shaping through the body so I made a belt to cinch it in and define the waist. It’s a super simple design with no zips or buttons needed and it took me less than one day to make. The Simplicity pattern I used provides three other variations; two tops and a dress with sleeves.
I used a cobalt blue cotton blended with lycra and mathing thread.
