a straight cut wool coat with princess seams. it has some contrasting panels; the bottom is a black and grey heringbone wool fabric, the top a black wool and cashmere blend. for warmth I added a cotton interlining, the pale pink lining is a cotton sateen.
I’m aware of the fit issues but overall I’m happy with it, a sleek and classic look from the distance but up close it has the subtle contrast from the fabrics. and it’s very functional, just as snuggly and cozy as I’ve hoped for.
