This is a bag I made from the end of a bolt of vintage kimono fabric. I incorporated the fabric makers mark, which I think is lovely, into the bag. You can’t really see the weave of the fabric, but it has a nice texture. I used a necklace I have had for years as part the front closure, and attached the handle by wrapping it with embroidery floss and adding red glass beads between the handle and the bag.
