A half-slip based on Gertie’s excellent tutorial
I used a lightweight lining material instead of her recommended silk, mostly because I’m cheap. As much as I wanted to use neat-coloured lace and lingerie elastic, the slip was made for a shirtdress that gaps along the placket and it needed to be discreet.
I shall have to make do with a little mint velvet ribbon bow at the top.
