The final sewing projects for 2010 were this linen shirt and drop-crotch track pants.
The fabric I found at this amazing little shop run by an ex rag-trade woman. It’s only open a couple of days a week and has beautiful, quality fabrics- unlike the chain (mega) stores. There is no phone number, no web address. Prices are very reasonable to say the least. The shop is also in walking distance from home so it pretty much perfect.

Love the pants! Wish there were more pics of the waist and back. Gonna try to find a pattern today and adapt the waist/crotch/leg as you did…

Oh-eee! Urbandon! I love this look. My hubby is an old Brit bloke, and seeing you in this outfit made me want to see him in the same! Very hot!! Reminds me of his old punk days a bit. I’ll be digging out his old Doc Martens for this one. Great look!

P.S. Would you care to share the location of the shop? Somewhere in Newtown or Enmore, I’m guessing…

A tailored sleeveless dress shirt in linen, yet it’s SO butch!
Congratulations on pushing the boundaries with the best possible results.

I’m not usually a fan of track pants or lowered crotches, but this outfit looks great! You did a fantastic job :-)

Thanks Ralf, I used the Justknits-Youths & Mens Leisurewear trackpants but I elongated the waist and severely tapered the leg from mid thigh all the way down- kinda like a skinny jean with a saggy crotch.
