I made this men’s shirt from Vogue 8759 view A for my husband. I didn’t take the time to measure the pattern, measure my hubby and make changes. I wish I knew better as this is a great shirt. It features directions to make this with french seams and top stitching, plus some hand stitching, so it turned out very nice and well made. Unfortunately, it doesn’t fit my husband, so I gave it to his twin brother as he is a bit smaller through the chest and shoulders and it fits him much better. I would make it again for sure, but need to make pattern fitting changes, and possibly even a fitting muslin, before I cut the fabric.

Thank you! That is actually my brother-in-law, my husband’s twin brother. The shirt didn’t fit my husband so well, but it fit by brother-in-law great!

Thank you MartinK! I like sewing for men, wish I had time to do more of it. It is much more precise than most women’s apparel, and fit is imperative.
