I’ve had this fabric sitting around for a long time, not knowing what to do with it. Until I saw the pattern for Heidi. I used the skirt from the Heidi Prom dress variation pattern, although I had to move the pleats around a bit to match them to the original Heidi top. I added inseam pockets to the skirt.
