I made this sweet jumper for my niece Lillian, although I haven’t yet given it to her; it’s been far too cold. But the 100% cotton voile will be perfect for spring-time. From start to finish the jumper was done in less than 1 hour. Also, if you are judicious with your use of fabric, 1/2 yard each of lining and shell fabric is more than enough. I could yet make another jumper of what I have left(and then some). My only alteration was to lengthen the lining instead of the shell; I preferred the peek-a-boo petticoat feeling of seeing the off-white below the blue.
1/2 yard each of blue and off-white cotton voile with eyelit embroidery.
