This is a dress I made our first grand daughter the was born on the 15th. I found the pattern online at www.madebyrae.blogspot.com. It is called the Itty Bitty baby dress. It was so easy to do she did a awesome job with the pattern and the directions. I lined the bodice with satin and did double stitched seams on the skirt and where the bodice and the skirt connect. The bottom of the skirt I used wide binding and stitched it a 1/4 of and inch off the edge and then folded the binding up to the fold and then stitched the edge down as to not add more length to the dress. All the material was purchased at the thrift store and were scraps.
satin, cotton.
