Fairfield, New Y...
Aside from a failed attempt at pajama pants way back when I first got my sewing machine, this is the first time I have used a pattern to sew something. This dress is fun and was so easy, except for a few details that were beyond my skill level where I had to improvise. The fabric is Betsy Johnson, purchased at Banksville Fabrics in Norwalk, CT, where I will surely become a regular!
Hit the city streets in adventurous looks with utilitarian details like cargo pockets and belts.
Twists on feminine classics, like a bold patterned shift dress and pants with a racing stripe.
