I dreamed about making this dress for a while, and finally managed to find the time. I have to say that I am happy with the result and it came out exactly as I envisioned it. I used the pattern Danielle but moved the zip to the side to accomodate the heart cut out at the back.
I chose black fabric because I liked the contrasting effect against my skin.

I love this concept and your execution. How difficult was it to sew the seams along the cut out? Did you just fold them under and sew, or did you use another technique? It seems like some of those curves would be tricky to make look so flat and smooth!
