This is a bit of a Franken-pattern dress, where the top is based on M2401 (I drafted a new neckline for this dress) and the skirt is from Simplicity 2444. The neck and armholes are bound using contrasting bias tape, and there is contrasting piping at the waist. Some live action shots of the dress in Segovia included for fun.
