i recycled my daughters mario t shirt that got ti small. i shirred the waist and the leg holes. i am not going to finish the edges, they won’t fray. i didn’t even add seam allowance. a person could if they wanted to. i put to add seam allowance on the pattern pieces, but it depends on the material and look/finish you are going for. i think that the pattern is around a size 7, that is what she wears normally.
