Description

I use this plain blue chiffon fabric with a beautiful border to make a very simple dress. The dress has gathered front and back neckline that ties at the neck on the right side, sleeveless, fitted at the bust and then gradually falls around the body. The back is cut on the bias to allow for free flowing movement. The dress is lined with white interlock to give the illusion of transparency.

Really like how I use up the border and it creates a well balance dress. Suitable for spring as it depicts freshness, lightness and totally cool for hot days.

You look so cool / hot in this dress Kisses. Great idea for the lining, very comfortable in summer. I recently made a twisted front dress in a missoni-ish print and ended up lining it with soft absorbent viscose woven. I will keep Interlock in mind next time. Cheers

Thanks Regan…interlock is great for lining clothes especially if it requires much ease
