Since the beginning of winter, I am full with hesitations. Cape or not cape ? I saw one at Zara, two Nadinoo pretties, and loads of different kinds of capes on blogs, and still I wasn’t sure. One day, I found this pattern (New Look 6658) and decided to sew my own cape.
I chose it black, added three tiny bows (my favorite part of it !) and holes for the arms.
On the pictures, Laure the photographer hangs around in Montmartre streets. Don’t you think she looks divine with a cape ?

This is an amazing looking cape! I love your bow detail. I just made one myself after seeing many made with the attached belt that I really liked. I haven’t posted it yet, but will soon. I never thought that I would wear a cape, never mind make one. I love it though. You should be proud of yours!
