My version of the coffee date dress, without a ruffle. I wasn’t sure I wanted the ruffle as my plan was to make a cool tie belt for this (which I still plan to do) in a hot pink to contrast with the leopard print. This is such a nice fabric, got a slight stretch to it. I also wanted a bit of a ‘pleat’ effect just under the bodice seam so I gathered the fabric a little so that it flares a bit more, and looks a bit more retro. I have worn this with a wide black waist belt.
Not too sure what this was exactly, as it was a remnant in a fabric shop but it's got a bit of stretch in it.

It’s really nice! I like it a lot without the ruffles, and I like the changes you’ve made to it. I look forward to a picture with the hot pink belt (my favourite colour btw)!
