This is one of my favorites from my most recent mini collection, “after the carnival”! You can view full collection photos at my blog
The top part is made out of two big squares, and I added a ruffle.
Waist is elastic waist for easy fitting:) I love adding piping details to simple garment, and I added yellow piping to side pocket opening and all around sash.
