I don’t know how eager I would be to make it based on the initial picture, but I actually really like your version. Maybe it’s the fabric. Nice job!

My whole idea was to go for an understated model from the magazine, as there were too many obvious choices. Also I might take another photo to show off the final look- which seems to be much better. The fabric is fab- a bargain at £3.99 per meter on ebay!

Cute. The colour is cool, it’s well made, looks great (loving the shoes, by the way), and you’ve got the legs for it. Can’t ask for more, really.
