Description
Made from 100% linen fabric using Anna Maria Horner’s pattern “The Socialite Dress.” Loved this pattern and can’t wait to try another. I would only recommend a lightweight interfacing in the yoke. Very comfy and stylish. Inspired by Alabama Chanin’s stitch book I also stenciled leaves on the left-front section of the dress. Leaves were then hand-embroidered with embroidery floss.

Oh I love this. I am a big fan of linen even if it is not the easiest thing to iron, it is always so nice to wear. Did you leave the edges at the top raw?
