I love this dress – it is super comfortable because of both the delicious jersey fabric and the generous tent-like cut. My family hates it, they call it my sack dress. I usually wear it belted though, so it doesn’t look too much like a sack! The pleat detailing on the front was quite difficult to do because the jersey has some weight to it. I had to hand tack down each pleat for the length that I wanted them to stay ‘pressed’. This is one of my only long-sleeved dresses and it gets a lot of use in the winter because the color is so versatile! It is made from a vogue pattern, but I can’t remember which one…
