I feel in love with this fabric…but only when I took a closer look at it at home, I found the real beauty of it- as i bought the first meters of it, I got the fabric where the embroidery on it has this nice finish. Sadly, it was to short for a maxi skirt i had in mind..but since it was a bit see-though in any case, I used an other off-white fabric both for lenghen the skirt and make it more opaque and added the pink ribbon and seam to match the top skirt. I used an other skirt to copy the pattern..don’t know the right word for it. Tellerrock in German…
I made the matching top from chiffon, painted matching flowers on it and hemmed it with the same organza ribbon as the skirt.
Offwhite cotton with pink florar embroidery on it.
