This was actually the first Jersey Project that I began, but kept it aside because I dint like the outcome. Now when I was finally ready to get back to it, I took it apart n started all over again. I originally made a tiered top with ruffles all over the front, but since it made the already fat me look fatter, I thought of either losing some weight or altering the pattern so as to look less fat(?). Now (dint lose much weight but altered the pattern) I decreased ruffled area which was from side to side to concentrated around center-front, for this I added side panels and it helped to conceal the seams of the ruffles also. The cap sleeves are made from left over ruffles which is why the edges are serged. It was depressing before but now, I love it! And yay, its raining again!!
