This dress really makes me think of ballet costumes and I love the side in-seams pocket.s
I had a small marked cotton from the remnants at my fabric shop but it’s lovely fabric. So I managed to put the marks on self-fabric lining. I also changed the pockets from the pattern, and made real in-seam pockets. I didn’t want the pocket seams to show, like the pattern said. I used every single bit of the fabric, nothing is left. Amazing!l That’s why it’s so short! It’s a great pattern but I had to take in a little bit in the side seams on the bodice to get the best fit.
lavender cotton, white invisible zipper (couldn’t fine a lavender-colored one ?!?)

So cute! I really like it. It’s simple and flattering. Plus it has pockets! Great color, too. Congrats on a great dress! (Wish I had the legs to wear something like that…)

Thanks, glad you like it :) I am not sure I have the legs for it either, but I did not have the fabric to cover them ;)
