It’s the second time I sew this blouse (from BWOF 09/2007). I love the feminine look of the lavallière. Now I just need a pencil skirt to wear with it.

This is a lovely feminine blouse, and I love the fabric, great colour and the polka dots give it that extra something.

Beautiful blouse! It is indeed very feminine and I think it will look great with a pencil skirt! Love the tie!

Hi Cocoon. This blouse is really amazing. Im glad it got featured because I probably wouldn’t have stumbled passed it myself. Ive been wanting a pattern like this for a cotton voile that I recently purchased and I found the pattern on burdafashion. Do you know if there is any way to purchase just this pattern, without buying the whole magazine?!

Hi Natalia, thank you for your comment :) For the pattern, I think it’s only available in the magazine (you can find it on ebay, I think…)…

Is there a seam up the front or is it cut on the fold? also is the tie attached? I think with it unattached this could be amazingly verstile! but I love the polka dots.

The front piece is cut on the fold, so no seam… The tie is sewn on the collar… Thank you for your comment!
