After making my trousers, I had a bit of fabric left, JUST big enough to make a skirt. I made this jeans pencil skirt using my skirt block (to my own measurements). It fits at the natural waist, has a fly front, jeans style front pockets, a curved back yoke, slit ( so I can walk in it ;) and my first ever bound pockets at the back. I took a lot of care finishing all seam allowances with either flat felted seams our biais binding, like I did on my jeans.
denim, topstitching thread
I used burdastyle’s instructions for the Ruby shorts as a guideline when making the bound pockets, although I changed it, going for single binding

I was able to download the Laurelle Jeans Skirt pattern, but was unable to download the complete instructions on how to assemble it because the instructions for doing so is not complete. There was only one page just showing the picture of the skirt only. How can I get the rest of the pattern instructions. The pattern is great and I would love to make it. Thank you.
