Slightly oriental in style due to the fabric choice!
Has no zipper (forgot about it and had sewn the bodice and lined it) no pockets or split at the front, 2 splits at back and a gathered/elasticised centre back section! I am thinking of permanently sewing a lace insert into the front – and I think I need to take the shoulders up some more.
Cotton fabric, buttons, elastic

I really like this version! I didn’t even think about how summery this pattern could be, I was really focused on the professional look wool-blend with an undershirt. Probably doesn’t help that I’m in a bulky sweater and shivering in my classroom at this moment! Great job and the cat is adorable!

I adore this dress. Great fit. The fabric makes Laura very different looking.
