Well, Ive had this teddy bear lampshade since I was born (So, about 18 years?) but lately its been looking a bit well….Blah? The original lampshade was a pale cream colour with light green binding trim- No matter how much I cleaned it, it was still dirty.
Now what to make out of this $2 on sale gorgeous peacock pattern chiffon? I wondered…

I love the way the peacock ‘eye’ feathers were quite large at the bottom, gradually becoming quite small towards the top of the material, a feature I used to my advantage.
