I made a jacket based on my lady grey inspired coat - just chopped it short! due to lack of materials i had some restrictions, and the button hole placement wasnt ideal- mid night button hole sewing is never a good idea. but the material is soft and nice, and it fits well and is the perfect jacket for the office! i had worn it 5 times since i finished it last week!

oh this is lovely….I’ve read that Lady Grey is hard if you’re petitie, that it sort of overwhelms a smaller frame (so I have avoided it) but I love your small and snug version….the wide collar really works on this scale….now i am tempted :)

Love it! I’ve had reservations about Lady Grey because I’m little and think it will swamp me, but the short version looks much more wearable. Good work!
