The answer is no. My husband has even tried to teach me how to play poker, but I just can’t. This is what I CAN do with cards, though. At least I’ll look cute and fun when his buddies come over for poker night. (It took me a while to figure out the waist detail that I wanted, so I am classifying this skirt as “intermediate”. Once the waist was done though it was really no sweat).
cotton fabric, invisible zipper.

This skirt is totally original and different! The detail at the waist is my fun to break the green. Love this!

Love the ‘collar’ detail – such an eye-catcher! You might distract the guys when they come over heehee

Thanks! Sorry to say I bought them here in Brazil and there was only a bit left after I brought my piece home. I tried to find something similar for you, but all I could find was this: http://www.flickr.com/photos/amazingv/3900737469/

I like the reverse on the waist and the piping too. Nice detail.

Thanks! The piping idea came right before I sewed the zipper in. I tried the skirt on and noticed it missed something… =)

Thanks! It was a bit of work for me (more like a puzzle) but I guess it paid off!
