I made this one with the same design as my Scrap T-Shirt, except with a very lightweight, lacy jersey material. It looks cute with a classy skirt or with jeans.
I left the sleeve edges unhemmed, but sewed a couple lines of straight stitches along the raw edge with very tight tension, making them ruffle a bit and roll up. Because the neckline is so wide and low at the back I added a tie across the back between the two sleeves to keep them in place, which ended up being kind of flattering on the shoulders. To jazz it up I put a ribbon in vertical stripe and added some star appliques.
