Using the coffee date dress, I added a lace ruffle and button-down bib.
altered the pattern by cutting the back on the fold and inserting the zipper on the side. I try doing that whenever it can be done so you don’t have to wake some one up to zip you on your way to work!
Took 3 attempts to re-align the lace so it looks straight, only got to wear it 3 times before accidentally drying it in the dryer shrinking ever so slightly resulting in wonky lace. Will have to rip it and re-position it! One day…
super nice mid-weight stretch poplin, super soft, no wrinkles, good drape…can you believe I didn’t notice it in the dryer! Grr.
