I love these! As Lily Bart posted, these are hell expensive in Aus. Im sure if you share the pattern (hint. hint!) that I would make these! You should post a pic of you wearing them so we can all get an idea of how they sit. Happy sewing!

;-) Thank you. Can’t believe that they’re that expensive. If I was to make them again, I would use my (new <3) serger. I think that would make it even easier.
What you do is: Draw up a pattern for leggins, using these measurements:
- Your waist
- Your hip
- Your ancle
You make the front and back piece all in one.
I’m sure that you can use most patterns for leggins to make these.

Just found out that 150 AUS$ is 755 DKR. Still in chock.

wow so that means that 150dkk is about $30 AUD! They must be really cheap in Denmark! What a rip off we are getting in Aus!

WHAAAT?? In DK you can buy them for about 150 dkr. And I think that’s expensive! They are sooo easy to make (compared to having to spend 150 AU$, they’re a walk in the park! ;-))
These cost me 80 dkr in fabric and took (if I’d done them in “normal speed”) about an hour to make.

I made it as a first try in 6 years, so I guess it’s not really that hard. Just have at little patience with the fabric, and yours will look great, I’m sure. Feel free to ask any questions you might have, if you need to. :-)

Great first project. Would love to see a photo of you wearing them. And a pattern would be great. Ive been thinking of making something like this and was going to trace a pair of leggings that I currently own, but Im not really sure how to account for the stretch.

Thank you ;-) I’ll see if I can get my bf to take some photos of me wearing them. Maybe in the weekend. The pattern I’ve got is really simple, and not really a pattern. It’s a guide. But hey! I did it as the first in a looong time, so :-) I’ll see what I can do, as soon as I get home (probably tomorrow)
Don’t worry ‘bout the stretchy part. If you are used to sewing jersey-stuff, then it’s really no problem. :-)

Thank you :-) The pattern is not really that difficult to make.
The only part that is a little tricky, is how much the lace stretches compared to how tight, you make your pattern.
This is my first try ever to sew in stretch-lace and I don’t think it’s really that hard.
I’ll try to maybe make the pattern and post it, when I get home to my own computer. :-)
