Description

About two weeks ago I bought a lovely black trench coat, only to loose its belt a few days later at the movie theatre. To replace it, I went shopping for a similar black fabric, finding this wonderfull dark fuchsia lace instead. I Instantly saw this dress in my mind…. still haven’t made a new belt for my trench, but at least I got a new dress for the autumn weather :)

Material Notes

Lace, lycra for lining.

Hi Fran A, just wondering what patterned you used for the dress? Cheers! Jenny.

Beautiful! I imagine making this was much more satisfying than making a belt for your coat! :D xXx

Who needs a belt when you can have this lovely dress instead? Great choice in both pattern and fabric not to mention how fabulous the colour looks on you !!

It’s gorgeous! It would have been too hard to leave that fabric behind. Sometimes we have to listen to the fabric, don’t we?
