I made this blouse by upcycling a vintage lace skirt. The pattern is self-drafted – a boxy bodice with bustline and back waist darts. I underlined the bodice with the skirt lining and added black satin collar and button stand to the back. The 1920s lady buttons are from a haberdashery in Edinburgh. More details on my blog :)

Saw this on your blog and I love love love it! I think it’s so clever that you thought to add the contrast collar because the cream lace wasn’t your favorite by itself. That’s a trick I’m going to remember for the future.
