I fell head over heels for the lace you see in the photos – and wanted to create a dress for the cooler months inspired by the geometric lines from the Chanel S/S RTW 2012, of which this lace also featured. In the winter months I often struggle to pull together a dress-based outfit that doesn’t leave me shivering – this dress is underlined in 100% cotton flanelette (so cosy) and lined in a thick silk satin. Between these two additional layers, the dress is rather insulating!
