Burda Style For people who sew
Description
I’m always cold. Even in the summer, when A/C is on everywhere.
So I need cover-ups to wear to work, that can be easily taken off when I step outside into the heat.
This top is so versatile: it is knit top-down (so no seams at the sides), and has a draw-string that goes through the front panels and across the neck, allowing it to be tied as a common wrap, gathered and tied at the front, or even behind the neck.
A perfect little summer cardi to wear in the office, or on the beach in the spring wind.
I’m especially proud of the beautiful folded hems (that I stitched by hand) – they make it look pretty on the inside as well!
Material Notes
Yarn: 100% microfiber (“Adeline” by Vitalgo).
2 meters drawstring.
