Make a piece of double chiffon with the double fusible, enough for 1 pair of sleeve cuffs. Extend the bottom edge another ¼”, as shown by the yellow dashed lines, but keep the inner corner angle the same. Cut 1 pair. Finish with zig-zag hem.
