finished my almost-three-yr-old’s costume a few days ago. (too bad I was too late for the contest!!)
she wanted to be a cat, specifically one of our cats who has Himalayan like long fur.
this year, I didn’t want to make something super “costumy”, and decided to make little parts to make a whole outfit. the knitted pullover + mitten patterns are from Ravelry. and the tutu + hat pattern are from Oliver + S book. most of the materials used is from the stuff laying around…

This is a gorgeous costume. I love that it’s sweet enough for a child, but elegant and gentle-looking at the same time. The mittens are an adorable touch.
