      I actually had a pattern for the neckline. I spliced 2 patterns for the upper bodice and sleeve and made my own template for the bottom of the jacket. I’ll see if I can find the pattern maker/number for you. If you like to experiment. You may want to take a jacket pattern with a mandarin collar and tape the collar to the bodice to cut a seamless high neck. You’ll have to make your own facing pattern, but that shouldn’t be too difficult.
