This was made using the Hot Patterns kimono dress pattern, and while it’s not perfect, I’m pretty freaking pleased with myself as this was the first time I’ve ever worked with non-stable knits. The pattern definitely has its flaws and communication errors, but I love the way this dress turned out fitting and I definitely think I’ll make another. In any case, I’m relieved that stretchy knits weren’t as scary to work with as I had feared.

This looks fab on you. i love working with jersey and knits because of the stretch!! i love just pulling a dress or top on with no zip or buttons. it is tricky though but worth it. great job x
