Description

I finally started to use the patterns I downloaded some months (years) ago… The first project I am able to post is my version of the “Katjusha Dress”:http://www.burdastyle.com/patterns/katjusha
Instead of using cotton fabric, I made it with a colorful stretch fabric I fell in love with. As a result, I did not used elastics in the back side of the bodice, and chose satin ribbon braces, as my fabric was to thick.
I did not made the second layer for the skirt.

Material Notes

thick stretch fabric

Very pretty! I like how you arranged the print on the bodice and on the skirt edge.

Thank you Helen ! Actually I first fell in love with the fabric, and had to find a way to arrange it properly. Your comment really makes me feel like : I did it the right way !
