Skirt: Follow steps to modify Sidonie using BurdaStyle’s Make the Sidonie “Paper Bag” Skirt Variation How-To. Do not make a slit in the center back seam. Do not attach a flounce to the waistband. I lengthened the skirt and did not taper it as much as the tutorial shows.
