After looking for a dress to match her mom’s wedding dress, and not finding one that fit right or cost a fortune, I made this one, from a very old pattern,that had been her moms as a little girl. It is pink taffiter, lined with netting attached to the bottom. The pleating on the bodice and at the base of the skirt is how it matches her moms.

So sweet that she had you to make it for her. It makes it even more special that it was made from a pattern that was her mom’s as a child. She looks adorable, and I bet she felt like a princess.

i love the pleating on the bodice. she is soooo cute!
