Description

rompers and jumpsuits are my favorites clothing but this one is the first i made. i used a pattern my friends boyfriend brought from hawaii but i modified it: put elastic on a waistline and cuffs. that was one of the easiest projects ive ever done!

    That is one neat romper – the wild fabric works exceptionally well with the cut and style of the oufit. Have fun wearing it! I’m thinking that the addition of couple bright-colored, chunky beaded, short necklaces and some similar bangles would make you look like you stepped off the pages of Italian Vouge. Those shoes also look really great with the romper.

    this is adorable!! it is still warm here in los angeles, and i’ve wanted to make a romper so badly!!! this is inspiring me since you say it is so easy. i don’t have a pattern, so i think i’ll draft a shorts pattern and fuse it with an easy top pattern i already have. i can’t do the tube top style though…i think mine will be a looser v neck/ off the shoulder type. ok, off to draft and cut and sew and WEAR A ROMPER BY THE WEEKEND!!!
