I’ve worn this once. So far, everyone who’s seen this has gone through an almost identical cycle: 1) Compliment. 2) Three second pause. 3) Eyes widen/mouth gapes. 4) “WAIT, IS THAT PAC MAN?”
I’m rotten with subtlety, but I’m taking this as a sign I’ve finally found the line between whimsically wearable and just plain weird. It’s hard to gauge sincerity when someone compliments, say, a South Park chiffon dress. Most people are just being nice because they’re afraid you’re unstable. The compliment-then-HOLY PAC MAN sequence, on the other hand, seems more legit. Anyway, victory declared.

After seeing this I had to look at the rest of your projects. I love how quirky and fearless you are. I agree that you’ve struck a great balance with this one between classy and quirky.
