Step 1 Instructions
Clean the surface
Apply thin layers of Mod Podge on the shoe, then apply the fabric. Secure with pin if necessary.
Leave to dry and apply another layer. I like 3. Its personal opinion.
If you have "rain hard’ apply that too.
