I would rate this pattern Novice/Intermediate.
To celebrate U.S Independence Day, July the 4th, I made my 4th version of pattern #108 from this month’s Burda Style. This time, I cut the fabric on the bias per Burda’s directions. Originally a boxy and shapeless top, I made alterations to the pattern (side contouring, taking in the seams).
If you interested in more details: blogged entry.
Slightly slippery, silky polyester woven.
Earrings: “La Mode” patriotic heart-shaped buttons and red, white, and blue plastic beads threaded through a pair of hoop earrings
