I’ve only just seen this absolutely beautiful jacket, it’s stunning, very couture looking in my opinion, your friend is very fortunate. My daughter has just cut out a coat with a similar ruffle which will be attached to a flap piece similar to that of a trench coat. I have quite a collection of houndstooth fabric.
