Nikki, I’m sure you can make this without a pattern! Make sure you choose a stretchy jersey. The front and back of the skirt are exactly the same (although you can raise the back centre waist and lower the front centre waist if you like). Just give the skirt as much flare as you like on the sides. The top measurement is your waist size. For the band, I usually use 12 inches high and make it slightly narrower than your waist. Sew the side of the band and then fold over and then sew it to the top of your skirt. Message me if that doesn’t make sense!
